CasinOK Loyalty Program: Points and Rewards Explained

How to Join the CasinOK Loyalty Program

Enrollment in the CasinOK loyalty program is automatic and begins the moment you create your account and make your first real-money deposit. There is no separate sign-up form or opt-in process required. Your account will immediately start accruing Comp Points for every wager you place. You can track your progress and current point balance directly from your account dashboard, which provides a clear overview of your status and available rewards. The system is designed to be seamless, ensuring every player is rewarded from their very first spin or bet at the CasinOK casino.

Earning Comp Points and Climbing Tiers

The core of earning rewards is through Comp Points. The accumulation rate is typically a fixed amount per €10 or currency equivalent wagered on slots and other games. For example, you might earn 1 Comp Point for every €10 wagered on slots, while table games and live dealer options often contribute at a lower rate, such as 10% of the slot rate. As you collect points, you will progress through predefined loyalty tiers (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Each new tier unlocks progressively better benefits, such as higher point-earning rates, exclusive promotions, and personalized withdrawal limits. Reaching a new tier is usually based on your point accumulation over a rolling period, like the last 30 days.

Redeeming Points for Cash and Bonuses

Your hard-earned Comp Points are a currency themselves. The primary method of redemption is converting them directly into cash. The standard conversion rate is often 100 Comp Points = €1 (or equivalent). This can usually be done manually from your loyalty account page, and the cash is credited instantly to your main balance with no wagering requirements. Alternatively, points can sometimes be exchanged for other rewards, such as a unique CasinOK bonus or CasinOK free spins packages. It’s important to check the specific terms, as some bonus rewards purchased with points may carry standard wagering requirements.

Exclusive VIP Benefits and Personal Account Management

For the most dedicated players, the program extends into an exclusive VIP club. Invitation is typically based on consistent high-volume play and is at the casino’s discretion. VIP members receive the program’s most lucrative benefits, which often include:

• Significantly higher cash conversion rates for Comp Points.
• Monthly or weekly cashback on losses (e.g., 10-15%) with low wagering.
• A personal account manager available via direct phone or messaging.
• Exclusive access to high-stakes tournaments and special events.
• Faster processing times for withdrawals, often within a few hours.
• Birthday and holiday gifts, which can be bonus funds or physical items.

Understanding Wagering and Key Terms

While cash from points is often wagering-free, it’s crucial to understand the terms attached to other rewards. Any CasinOK no deposit offer or bonus acquired through the loyalty program will have specific wagering requirements (e.g., 35x the bonus amount). Always check which games contribute fully to these requirements; slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute far less. Furthermore, most loyalty programs have policies regarding inactive accounts. If your account is dormant for a prolonged period (e.g., 12 months), your accumulated Comp Points may expire.
